The house is set on a plot of 2,750 square metres and garden surrounds the house on all 4 sides. Aside from the main house and apartment, the other buildings on the plot are as follows:

• Barn: Approximately 140 square metres per floor and with 2 floors. As the property used to be a producing vineyard, the old wine cuves are still in place. There is a workshop area, car inspection pit, hot and cold running water and electricity.
• Pigeonaire: Small outbuilding at the end of the barn. it’s small and is used to store gardening products. Of old it was a WC / shower room for workers.
• Pump houses: There is a well and a bore hole on site which using a pressurised water system and electronic timers are used to help ensure the garden remains in perfect condition all year
• Pool Abri:: beside the pool, is a large abri which offers valuable shade from the sun. Attached to this is a summer kitchen with sink, worktop and power points as well as a separate room for the pool equipment (filter, etc..)

The garden is laid to lawn on three sides with borders in some areas and a selection of shrubs, trees and fruit trees such as cherry, apricot, fig peach and pear.

The three plane trees upon entering the property together with the palm trees to the side are particularly pleasing.

Additionally there is a vegetable garden to the side of the main lawn with two producing olive trees.

The garden offers numerous seating opportunities whether you are searching sun or shade with the main lawn catching the sun almost from dawn to dusk. As guests have commented, a great place for watching the sun set

and then the stars twinkle (over a glass of something..)!

Swimming Pool:
Measuring 10 metres by 5 metres the pool was installed in 1999 and is made of concrete. It was re-painted in 2006. There is underwater lighting as well as lighting under the abri for evening meals.
