The Barn - c. 140m2 per floor

The barn is approximately 140 square metres per floor with two floors in total. The ground floor has a concrete floor and contains the old wine cuves which have been cut open to provide more storage space.

Additionally the barn has a workshop area as well as a car inspection pit for those mechanically minded amongst you.

There is electricity in the barn with lighting througout as well as selection of power sockets. Although big enough to house half a dozen cars or so it is currently used as a general store area for everything from DIY equipment to gardening tools. It's truly amazing how easy it is to fill!

The first floor is not used as although the supporting beams are in fine condition, the floorboards are not. On this level there is a connecting door to the apartment next door which could provide an easy way of enlarging the apartment subject to planning permission.
